1.) Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Sentinel Safety. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2.) Eligibility for Returns

   2.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

   2.2 Items ineligible for return include, but are not limited to, personalized items, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable.

3.) Return Process

   5.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
